I just went to the Delta office here in Quito and changed my flight home. I will returning to the United States on June 23 after almost 6 weeks of traveling around South America. As much fun as I am going to have in these last 3 months I am also very much looking forward to getting home to see all of you and to catch up on our lives. I am presently sitting in my program office with several other American students and we were discussing how odd it was that our lives have been going on without us while we are abroad and how our friends are making new friends and dating new people. It is odd to think about all the things that will have happened by the time I get back it will be amazing to hear all the stories.

Viajando por ese continente será fantástico! Espero que puedas visitar la ciudad en la Argentina donde viví por un año...Mar del Plata....es divina! También tuvimos apartamento en Buenos Aires...una ciudad encantadora. Si sea posible, una visita a las Cataratas de Iguzú....vistas tan magníficas...no se puede describirlas con palabras. Pasé más de un mes en la parte interior de Brasil, también...la RegiónAamazónica es increíble....pero me gustó también El Pantanal. Otra visita a Brasil pasé un mes en la costa....Rio de Janeiro es interesante....pero hay que cuidarte en unas secciones....pero Corcovado, Pao de Azucar, etc. son lugares lindos para una visita. En Uruguay me gusta mucho Playa del Este. Ay....la lista de lugares podría continuar..........te vas a divertir mucho con esta excursión!! Buen viaje, Sra. Rich
